1. 许可

我们授予你个人、非独占、不可转让的许可，在你自己拥有/控制的设备上使用 BookNest 书巢，并遵守本条款与商店规则。

2. 使用限制

你不得： - 逆向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码（法律允许的除外）； - 绕过付费/权限/安全机制； - 用本 App 处理你无权处理的数据； - 违反当地法律、版权/隐私法规； - 上传恶意内容或滥用书友会/同步功能。

3. 你的数据与责任

你对自己输入的数据负责，包括书籍信息、书评、笔记、藏书/借出记录、书友会内容等。
你需要确保已取得必要的同意，尤其是书友会成员的联系方式；你应确保导入的电子书你有权使用。
本 App 不提供版权、法律或阅读建议。

4. 第三方服务

Plus 云同步由我们运营（日本），快照加密存储；可选 Google/Apple 登录仅用于身份验证；商店购买由 Apple/Google 处理。我们不对商店或网络服务的中断、费用或数据处理负责。书友会 1.0 仅本地。

5. 订阅与付费

Plus 为自动续订年订阅，价格 $29.99/年（以商店本地价格为准），包含完整统计、笔记导出和云同步。
除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则会自动续订。
费用由 Apple App Store / Google Play 收取；可在商店账户中管理或取消。
删除 App 不会取消订阅；请先在商店账户中取消。
账号可在设置中删除，删除账号会同时删除云端快照。
退款按商店政策处理。
免费功能不因订阅取消而丢失；Plus 功能在到期后停止。

6. 免责声明

App 按“现状”提供。我们不保证无错误、不中断或满足特定目的。请在重要场景保留备份。

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责；总责任不超过你在过去 12 个月为 App 支付的金额。

8. 终止

你可以随时停止使用并删除 App/数据。若你违反条款，我们可以终止许可。

9. 适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区）。争议应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交运营者所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BookNest on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and store rules.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer the app (except where law allows), bypass paywalls/security, process data you are not allowed to process, violate law, or abuse sync/book-club features.

3. Your data

You are responsible for the data you enter, including book details, reviews, notes, ownership/lending records and book-club content. You must obtain necessary consent, especially for book-club members; you must have the rights to any books you import. The app does not provide copyright, legal or reading advice.

4. Third-party services

Plus cloud sync is operated by us in Japan; snapshots are encrypted at rest. Optional Google/Apple sign-in is used only for authentication. Store purchases are handled by Apple/Google. Book clubs are local-only in 1.0.

5. Subscription and payment

BookNest Plus is an auto-renewable annual subscription. The price is shown in the store (currently $29.99/year; local store pricing applies).
It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Payment is charged by Apple App Store / Google Play. Manage or cancel in your store account.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds follow store policy.
Free features remain available; Pro/Plus features stop when the subscription expires.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep backups for important data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may terminate the license if you violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Disputes should first be resolved in good faith; otherwise, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the operator's location.
