1. 概要
BookNest 书巢 默认采用本地优先（local-first）设计。书籍、阅读进度、书评、笔记、藏书/借出记录默认只保存在你的设备上。我们不投放广告、不做跨 App 跟踪、不出售数据。
Plus 提供可选云同步：快照加密后上传到我们运营的 https://www.skyzeph.com/booknest-api（日本腾讯云）。你可以用同步码在另一台设备恢复同一份数据。
2. 我们处理的数据
• 书籍文件、进度、评分、书评、笔记、藏书/借出、阅读计时：默认本地保存
• Plus 云同步：如果你主动上传，会处理阅读记录快照（含书评、笔记、藏书/借出、统计）；不包含书籍原文件
• 同步码：用于连接同一云同步租户；请像密码一样保管
• 可选账号：使用 Google/Apple 登录时处理邮箱、账号标识（sub）与租户绑定；用于跨设备恢复
• 购买/订阅：由 Apple App Store / Google Play 的应用内购买处理；App 不接触卡号
• 相机：仅在你主动扫描 ISBN 时使用，画面本地识别，不上传
• 分析/广告/跟踪：无
3. 数据存储位置
- 默认：设备本地 App 沙盒 / 文档目录。
- Plus 云同步：仅在你点击“上传云同步”后，快照才会发送到官方服务；服务器位于日本（腾讯云东京）。
- 快照使用 AES-256-GCM 加密存储；默认保留最近 5 个版本。
- 商店购买由 Apple/Google 处理；我们不接触支付卡号。
4. 数据共享
- 我们不会出售你的数据，也不为广告/跟踪共享。
- Plus 云同步使用腾讯云（服务器/存储）作为托管服务商；Google/Apple 仅用于登录身份验证；商店购买由 Apple/Google 处理。
- 法律要求时，可能依法律程序披露。
5. 数据保留与删除
- 本地数据由你控制；可在设置中清空/删除。
- 导出的备份文件由你保管。
- Plus 云同步默认保留最近 5 个版本；可在设置中删除账号（同时删除云端快照与租户），或发邮件至 support@skyzeph.com。
- 卸载 App 会删除设备上的本地数据（除非你已导出）；不会自动删除云端快照。
6. 权限
- 文件/照片：仅在你主动选择导入/封面时访问。
- 相机：仅用于扫描 ISBN 条码；画面在本地识别，不上传。
- 网络：用于 ISBN 查询、Plus 云同步、商店购买。
7. 儿童
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童主动收集数据。若你为儿童使用，请由监护人管理设备与数据。
8. 安全
云同步快照与同步码在服务端加密/哈希存储；传输使用 HTTPS。但没有任何系统能保证绝对安全，请保护设备锁屏、同步码与备份文件。
9. 国际用户
Plus 云同步数据在日本处理；若你从其他地区使用，请确保符合当地法律。
10. 变更
我们可能更新本政策；重大变更会在 App 内或商店页面提示。

1. Overview
BookNest is local-first by default. Books, progress, reviews, notes and lending records stay on your device unless you explicitly use Plus cloud sync. We do not show ads, track you across apps, or sell data.
Plus includes optional cloud sync: an encrypted snapshot is uploaded to the service we operate at https://www.skyzeph.com/booknest-api (Tencent Cloud Tokyo, Japan). A sync code lets you restore the same data on another device.
2. Data we process
- Books, progress, ratings, reviews, notes, lending records, reading sessions: local by default.
- Plus cloud sync (when you tap upload): reading-data snapshot (reviews, notes, lending, stats). Book files are not uploaded.
- Sync code: connects devices to the same sync tenant; treat it like a password.
- Optional account: Google/Apple sign-in processes email, account subject and tenant binding for cross-device recovery.
- Purchases: handled by Apple App Store / Google Play. We never see card numbers.
- Camera: used only when you scan an ISBN; recognition is local and the camera feed is not uploaded.
- Analytics/ads/tracking: none.
3. Where data is stored
- Local: the app sandbox on your device.
- Plus cloud sync: only after you tap upload; stored in Japan (Tencent Cloud Tokyo).
- Snapshots are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; the latest 5 versions are retained by default.
- Store purchases are handled by Apple/Google.
4. Sharing
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Plus cloud sync uses Tencent Cloud (hosting/storage); Google/Apple are used only for sign-in; purchases use Apple/Google. Legal requests may require disclosure.
5. Retention and deletion
- Local data is under your control; delete it in the app.
- Exported backups are yours.
- Cloud snapshots retain the latest 5 versions by default. Delete your account in Settings (also deletes cloud snapshots and the tenant), or email support@skyzeph.com.
- Uninstalling removes local data (unless exported); it does not automatically delete cloud snapshots.
6. Permissions
- Files/photos: only when you choose an import/cover.
- Camera: ISBN scanning only; local recognition, no upload.
- Network: ISBN lookup, Plus cloud sync, store purchases.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. Guardians should manage devices and data for children.
8. Security
Cloud snapshots and sync codes are encrypted/hashed at rest; transport uses HTTPS. No system is absolutely secure; protect your device, sync code and backups.
9. International users
Plus cloud sync data is processed in Japan. Ensure compliance with your local law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be surfaced in the app or store listing.
