1. 许可
我们授予你个人、非独占、不可转让的许可，在你自己拥有/控制的设备上使用 RentKeeper，并遵守本条款与商店规则。
2. 使用限制
你不得：
- 逆向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码（法律允许的除外）；
- 绕过付费/权限/安全机制；
- 用本 App 处理你无权处理的数据；
- 违反当地法律、租赁/税务/支付/隐私法规；
- 上传恶意内容或滥用同步/集成功能。
3. 你的数据与责任
- 你对自己输入的数据负责，包括房产、租客、租约、租金、维修、费用等。
- 你需要确保已取得必要的同意，尤其是租客 PII、邮件/短信收件人。
- 本 App 不提供法律、税务或财务建议。
4. 第三方服务
可选集成（Stripe/ACH、Resend/Postmark、Twilio、OCR、租客门户、云同步、商店购买）由第三方提供，受其条款与隐私政策约束。我们不对第三方服务的中断、费用或数据处理负责。
5. 订阅与付费
- Pro 为自动续订年订阅，价格 $199/年（以商店本地价格为准）。
- 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则会自动续订。
- 费用由 Apple App Store / Google Play 收取；可在商店账户中管理或取消。
- 删除 App 不会取消订阅；请先在商店账户中取消。
- 退款按商店政策处理。
- 免费功能不因订阅取消而丢失；Pro 功能在到期后停止。
6. 免责声明
App 按“现状”提供。我们不保证无错误、不中断或满足特定目的。请在重要场景保留备份。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责；总责任不超过你在过去 12 个月为 App 支付的金额。
8. 终止
你可以随时停止使用并删除 App/数据。若你违反条款，我们可以终止许可。
9. 适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区）。争议应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交运营者所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RentKeeper on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and store rules.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer the app (except where law allows), bypass paywalls/security, process data you are not allowed to process, violate law, or abuse sync/integration features.
3. Your data
You are responsible for the data you enter, including properties, tenants, leases, rent, maintenance and expenses. You must obtain necessary consent, especially for tenant PII and email/SMS recipients. The app does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
4. Third-party services
Optional integrations (Stripe/ACH, Resend/Postmark, Twilio, OCR, tenant portal, cloud sync, store purchases) are provided by third parties under their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, fees or data handling.
5. Subscription and payment
- RentKeeper Pro is an auto-renewable annual subscription. The price is shown in the store (currently $199/year; local store pricing applies).
- It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Payment is charged by Apple App Store / Google Play. Manage or cancel in your store account.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds follow store policy.
- Free features remain available; Pro/Plus features stop when the subscription expires.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep backups for important data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may terminate the license if you violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Disputes should first be resolved in good faith; otherwise, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the operator's location.
